This year marks 20 years since I began sharing natural healing work with clients and students. Over the years I’ve learned something important ─ many people struggle with their health not because they lack effort, but because they’re trying solutions that don’t match what their body actually needs.
To celebrate this milestone, I’ve been creating a few
new resources to help people better understand their bodies and their healing journey.
One of those resources is something I just finished this week.
It’s called the Body Balance Wellness Assessment.
This short assessment helps identify patterns in how the body responds
to stress, toxins, inflammation, and metabolic strain.
Many people discover their system is currently:
• Reactive and sensitive
• Carrying a higher body burden
• Beginning to accumulate imbalance
• Or relatively resilient
Understanding that pattern can make it much easier to choose the right next step.
