Do I really have to say how important self care is? Probably not. AND YET, I'm wondering how many people actually prioritize self care. Do you have any thoughts on this?
The last few months have been extremely busy. If you're like me, you've been caught up in summer activities, travel, extra time outside and lots of late nights because the sun was still shining! It might not be obvious, but we're very
connected to Nature, the Elements, seasons, and cycles which bring about transitions. If you pay attention to the subtleties of how you feel, you can recognize your need for self care before you become exhausted, ill, depleted, edgy, angry, or otherwise not yourself.
