I remember holding tuning forks for the first time. A naturopathic doctor had a set in her office, and she let me explore using them. They were a lovely set of weighted tuners from a company that had training programs for doctors and acupuncturists. In other words, they were special and exclusively for wellness professionals. I felt both excited and excluded at the same time.

Powerful Ways to Revitalize and Heal with Sound Techniques

It's pretty simple, really. My preferred sound healing tools are tuning forks. They're portable, light weight, and have pure tone frequencies for body, mind, and spirit. You can use them on acupuncture meridians, give yourself a vibrational facial, explode a sebaceous cyst, relieve pain, activate healing, soothe your pet, assist in meditation, locate and release hidden traumas, and so much more with tuning forks.

Most people don't know where to begin, and sometimes choose a single tuning fork to do everything. Without any instruction, you can still do a lot. However, I've put together several protocols with tuning forks I've selected for various healing techniques. Explore my offerings.
