Did you feel the shift happen?

It was kind of a strange feeling. It seemed like almost everyone I spoke with was letting go of something - cleaning out the closet, losing friends, changing jobs, actually letting go of careers they've had for decades . . . What can it mean when there's a massive exodus in your life? Is everyone feeling this shift? I can only imagine that we're in the process of opening up space for something newer and better. For me, it was a realization that I've been working too hard (at everything) on my own. I discovered it's a lot more fun to work WITH someone, bring in friends and co-workers, and widen my circle of energy.

The vibration CHANGES when you let go. It's an opportunity to eliminate old patterns, beliefs, and negative energies . . . or at least energies that don't support your new direction. The vibration becomes HIGHER when you EXPECT and INVITE it into your life.

That brings me to what I'm currently observing. As I write this, I realize I've opened the door for collaboration with my team members in Avini. I've also opened the opportunity to connect with other wellness professionals around the world in the january Summit for Wellness (details below).
