Have you noticed how the Big Disengagement a few years ago has had a lasting effect? It's as if people forgot how to smile and be nice to each other - on social media, on the road, and in the country, in general. I believe that a lot of good also came out of our separation from each other. We found new ways to reconnect and interact.

I switched around how I teach my classes to include in-person and remote online opportunities, for example. Creativity seems to have erupted, not only within me, but also with artists, teachers, and passionate folks who feel it's important to stay connected.

Last year I created a podcast (Living in the Purple) and am continuing to teach weekly online to my team of professional connectors. Yes, connecting and engagement can be considered professions. In fact, there's an ART to connecting and engagement. The reason to become good at this particular art is because we're on a mission. It's one of HOPE, HEALING, and HIGHER DIVINE ENERGIES.
