One of my favorite comic strips is Mutts and today Mooch, the cat, shared that he found his purrrrrr. Have you found your purr? It's belief in something greater than yourself. It's hope, joy, and connection all bundled into ONE. My greatest wish for you is that you find your purrrrr and share it with others. Let me know in your REPLY that you found your purr, even if you never lost it.

This is an amazing time of year, don't you think? I feel it, and have sensed it brewing for weeks. Though many people may experience a slowing down as we moved into darker days over the last few months, I've been moving forward with creative projects bubbling up. When the Universe speaks to me (often at 4 a.m.🕓) I tend to listen.

I've put together a few stories and blog articles for you in celebration of our Winter Solstice. This is the return of LIGHT as days begin to grow longer. Feel it as a rebirth, an opening, a new start. We don't have to wait for the New Year on the calendar to feel a new chance to refresh and cultivate new ideas.

The image below is a visual mess of messages I made as an experiment 10 years ago. These cards were business card size and I thought they'd be great as uplifting messages to hand out. They never made it past the experiment stage. However, they planted the seed for all the years that followed, including training in Sound Healing, a closer connection to my spiritual practices, stronger relationships with my spiritual healer friends, retreats, and growth in a successful practice as an Integrative Natural Healer. Furthermore, it wasn't until just 2 1/2 years ago that others in my arena decided to step up and defy lower vibrations. That's another story, and it all leads to Living in the Purple. The new and improved version is more than a deck of inspirational messages. It's also a podcast and a way to help amplify the messages of HOPE and HEALING. Take a look at the deck!
